What if my order is damaged during transit ?
[A] : All orders are sent out with suitable packing that will endure reasonable handling during transit. However, if you find your order has been damaged, this is what you should do:-
1) Report the damage at your Pos Office within 48 hours - You will need your delivery note and the damaged package with you at time of lodging the report. Please obtain a report number from POS Malaysia for your reference.
2) Take a picture of the damaged package and send this picture together with the POS report number to email@example.com infoming us of the damage.
We will then advise what the best way to replace the damaged article.
What if my product is defective in any way ?
[A] : Any defective product will be replaced. If your product is defective, please send us a photograph and an explanation of this defect to :- firstname.lastname@example.org
